Web Services SOAP - Unable Import Microsoft WSDL

Clarify Scenario:

Attempting to create web services SOAP object using Microsoft's WSDL for Language Translation. We are able to import WSDL however when we go to save the object, an error occurs.

Clarify Issue:

The WSDL (http://api.microsofttranslator.com/V2/Soap.svc) validates successfully, but when we attempt to finish/save an error occurs.
