How-to Create Sub-Projects in Cleo's SVN plan.io SVN
As a follow-up to our earlier post on implementing EXTOL's SVN plan.io Secure Repository Cloud, we show users how to create sub-projects. These
Selecting New Sub-Project:
After launching and logging on to Planio, from your Home screen, navigate to your company project. From here, choose New subproject.
Naming new Sub-Project:
In the Name field (required), enter a name for the project.
Note: As you enter a name, the text also appears in the Identifier field; it will be formatted for standardization purposes.
In the Public field, select the check box to indicate that the project should be available to every user of the Planio account with a non-member role. Leave the check box unselected to indicate that users need to be a member of a project in order to view/modify its contents.
Trackers and Modules:
To learn more about trackers, please see Selecting and Editing Tracker and Viewing and Grouping Trackers.
Navigate to New Sub-Project
Once the sub-project is created, users will see the newly created Sub Project in the Main Project's Overview.
From here users can select the sub-project to assign users and obtain the repository URL.
