Uninstalling the Cleo Clarify 3 Server as a Service

First step the Clarify user will want to take is stopping the service.

This can be done by going to the Task Manager.

• Once in the Task Manager select the Services button.
• Look for EBI3Service.
• Once that is highlighted click Stop the service.

Once the service has stopped the EBI user will need to open a command window as administrator to the directory C:\EBI31\Server\utils\service\Windows.

Once there the EBI user will need to run the UninstallService.bat.

Once complete the EBI user can go to C:\EBI31\Server\utils\service\logs and check UninstallServiceOut.txt to see if it was successfully uninstalled.

If it was not, the EBI user can check UninstallServiceErr.txt for any error messages.

Uninstall Cleo Clarify

Once the service is uninstalled the EBI user can uninstall the EBI 3.1 Server by going to the directory C:\EBI31\Server\UninstallerData.

Then select the Uninstall EBI Application.

Introduction

Select Uninstall.

Uninstalling

The next screen will appear with a progress bar.

Uninstall Complete

Once finished the Clarify 3.1 Server will be uninstalled.
