Using Global Variables Everywhere

Clarify 3 users who are not accustomed to global variables should acquaint themselves with them. Since the EBI 2 server is headless, there will be no way to update the paths for objects such as Filesystem Monitors, File Adapaters and etc.
Note:Users that are going to be using the Clarify 3 Studio on a Windows Machine, but use Linux Clarify 3 server will NEED to implement global variables.
