Partnerships from ESX 5.5.3 to Clarify (EBI) have changed in the way they are brought into EBI. The ESX partnerships are no longer automatically updated but now must be exported as a file from EXTOL Secure when the partnership is added or changes. This export file will then be imported into EBI 3.

The reason Clarify and ESX are no longer insync with each other is due to the relationship of EBI 3 Studio installations to ESX installations. Since there will be many EBI 3 Studio installations to just a single EXTOL Secure Server Exchange, it will be difficult to keep track and maintain the synchronization.

Export EXTOL Secure Partnerships

From EXTOL Secure, users will want to navigate to Partnerships and choose the Export Partnerships icon.

Import EXTOL Secure Partnerships

The process below will need to occur on a needed basis.
