EXTOL Business Integrator 3 - Request for Enhancement

Throughout the day I run inbound/outbound EDI processing on the EBI 3 Linux Server. At the same I am also running webservice providers.

I am finding that when there are 'heavy loads' of EDI processing, the webservices sessions timeout. This in turns errors on the consumer side of the transaction.

The functionality to prioritize business processes would make sense. In the case above, I am ensured the webservice BPSs will run without timing out.
