Update Date Conversion Process to Provide Correct Century

I am finding the date conversion of of Century Julian Dates is not working properly in EBI. It appears that it has never worked properly.

In both EBI 2.6 and EBI 3, the Century value is not being converted properly.

EXTOL Business Integrator 3 Date Conversion

The Century Julian Date 040366 is 12/31/1940
The Century Julian Date 140366 is 12/31/1940
The Century Julian Date 240366 is 12/31/1940

EXTOL EDI Integrator Date Conversion

This conversion works properly In EXTOL EDI Integrator. Using the EEI program: EXTSYS/QRPGSRC/DATECONV I was able to duplicate the JDEdwards date conversions properly.

The Century Julian Date 040366 is 12/31/1940
The Century Julian Date 140366 is 12/31/2040
The Century Julian Date 240366 is 12/31/2140
